Tracy-Ann Ruglass, DSW
is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. Dr. Ruglass is also a retired veteran with over 28 years of Active Duty service in the United States Army. Her last 8 years in the Army was spent providing mental health treatment to Active Duty Service Members and their families. While on active duty Dr. Ruglass also served as a consultant/subject matter expert
in the field of mental health to Senior Leaders in a Military Police unit. She currently works as a Family Advocacy Program Treatment Manager for the Air Force in San Antonio Texas. Dr.
Ruglass maintains a virtual private practice (Ruglass Counseling and Consulting PLLC since 2019). She has specialized training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. As a member of Adyna Wellness, LLC, she provides virtual webinars, wellness programs, and coaching services focused on health and wellness.

Lesia M. Ruglass, Ph.D
Co-Founder and COO of Adyna Wellness LLC, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Tennessee), an Associate Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychology at The City College of New York, CUNY, and Adjunct Associate Research Professor at the Center of Alcohol & Substance Use Studies at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Dr. Ruglass maintains a private psychotherapy and consulting practice (since 2006; Ruglass Psychological Services, PLLC) in which she specializes in treating workplace and relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, and alcohol/drug misuse. She has co-authored two books: Psychology of Trauma 101 (Springer Publishing) and Women’s Mental Health Across the Lifespan (Routledge Publishing). As a member of Adyna Wellness, LLC, she provides virtual webinars, wellness programs, and coaching services focused on health and wellness.
Shauna-Lee Ruglass, MSW
Co-Founder and Chief Impact and Strategy Officer of Adyna Wellness, LLC, is a clinically trained (macro) social worker who brings over 15 plus years of non-profit leadership, people, and culture experience.
Currently the Chief People and Culture Officer at YouthBuild USA, Shauna-Lee brings a systems based, culturally competent, and human centered perspective to her work. After receiving her Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a certificate in Urban Leadership from Simmons College (2017), Shauna-Lee has been pushing for an increase in Mental Health and Wellness awareness with a strong emphasis on self-care and stress-management for those standing closest to society’s problems at an individual, organizational, and community level.
Certified in Personal Development Coaching from The Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute, Facilitative Leadership from Interaction Institute for Social Change, Trauma Sensitivity, and Racial Equity. Shauna-Lee is also a proud Howard University Alum (2004) and as a member of Adyna Wellness, LLC, she provides virtual webinars, wellness programs, and coaching services focused on wellbeing.
